General pain in the rear

Today things were pretty nice.

I shared a ride from Denver down to Colorado Springs with Art B. to attend the Colo. Springs NAWCC annual mini-mart where we split a table. Talked watches and other stuff. He has some great watches and i got to see a 50th Anniversary in hand too. Art sold a few watch. I didn't sell anything, but the other part of the show/mart was an auction. I bid on a ultrasonic watch cleaning and a balance poising tool; the latter I won. Another member had more money and out bid me for the cleaner. BUT I came home with a C&E Marshall "Peerless" watch cleaner, that is so complete, it came with the original box. Got a great deal I thought; it came from a watch maker that retired in the Springs.

Well, that was my big tool purchase goal for the year. Now what?

Now up for your next goal. Use them! But, ahum, you need watches for that. Spare money left? Wink
