3 adjustments would tell me this is a Lavina movement, where only Gruen pocket watch adjusted movements were made.

Pictures of the inside case back and the dial would help in the history makeup of your watch.

Aqualung, my friend, don't you start away uneasy You poor old sod, you see it's only me

That is a fine example of Gruen's "SEMITHIN" range. You can find some more background info on this range here. As said these were produced by "Lavina" and like many movements Gruen did not produce themselves these were initially marketed under the sub-brand "PREMO Watch Co." or "Watch Specialties Co."

PM me how much you want to sell it for. I may be interested.

The value of a watch is determined by the precious metals (or gem stones) it contains and the premium a potential buyer is willing to pay for posessing the watch. This premium varies greatly by personal reasons, the rareness of the watch or simply the manufacturers name (most stupid reason).
Your watch is gold filled, so there is no real gold value in it. Premo is not highly sought after, usually watches like this sell around 100 Euro. But as said, if you for example sell at ebay and there are two people with personal interest in the watch you might get surprised.
