index.php?t=getfile&id=3343&private=0Hello all. My name is Eli. I'm new to this forum, and to the watch hobby. I'm wondering if this Gruen has a name, and year it was made? It's a wonderful watch that runs great. Thanks I appreciate it.

Hi Eli, welcome to the forum. Looks like you have an early 60's Yachtsman. #3 on the first ad

Cheers!

Hi Eli, Gary,

first of all, welcome, Eli! And thanks, Gary, for the fast reply. I think you meant the Wales which is #3 in the ad. But please note that Eli's watch is a "Gruen Geneve" model, which is the European line. It might be the same model as the Wales, I agree that it is definitely a twin watch. hat would put it to 1965...

Thanks for the welcome, and informative reply. Ah, just found the ad for the Wales model. Now I can search for a replacement crystal. Fun stuff. Thanks again. Eli.
