This appears to be the 1941 Logan model. The name belongs to the base model sold with a leather strap. With the more expensive metal expansion band it was called the Lucian and a third model based on the same case was called the Stanford. It had a luminous dial and hands though.
Here are my two Logan / Lucians, the pink gold one also a 1941 built watch, the yellow one with altered hands has a 1945 production date. The model was available from October 1941 until end of 1947.
I should have a stem for you and a crown (not original).

But the movement is ticking again, and quite good. Only the amplitude is a bit low.
