NOS 16 size friction staffs for Grossman balances [message #12971]

I just came across a small vial of 16 size friction staffs in a Gruen parts lot. No luck on the 12 size I need yet, but I thought someone here may need one.

Full disclosure, I’m planning to keep a couple, with hopes of getting a CAD drawing made & posted. That’ll help if someone needs one cut in the future.

Here’s a pic side by side with a (faulty) 12 size. PM if interested.

I just picked up a few of the V1 Extra friction staffs. Is that what you were looking for, or are you looking for the 12 size?

I’m offering these 16 size ones (should fit cal 21, 50, 52).

I’m still looking for one to fit a Grossman V1 made 1907-8. They are shorter vs the 16 size, as I’ve shown. The V1 you mention may fit, so I’d be interested in a try. Can PM you.
