Wow, this is an impressive early convertible! I have never seen this model pictured, the first ads I have are dating to 1915 but not showing this particular model. The early ones definitely had the subsecond unlike many other ladies watches. Case serial and the outer appearance make me think that this watch is from 1914 already. Most likely one of the very first batch and about a year earlier than assumed!

Early one! Nice. Difference with the newer versions I would say is that the case is more a pocket watch than wristwatch shape. My convertible is flatter (and no dust cover).

Only question is, is this a factory version or made the owner changes to a ladies pw. How does it look close up?

Nice one! Love the Cincy stamp and the plain stamped movement! What more do you need in a convertable?
