This is confirmed a Marc Favre movement, it even is their caliber number.

Unfortunatley not. Even stranger in 1931 advertisements Marc Favre still claims 5.25 ligne being the smallest movement. But it is pictured in the "Thomé" movement catalog, with the caliber number 161 under Marc Favre and I have no doubts that this information is correct.
It may be possible that the movement has been Favre / Gruen exclusive and therefore never made public.
