Ok. So, how to explain the lack of a lineair relationship:
- case and movement not sold together. Order your personal combo at the jewellers. “Made (= combined) by order”
- several case production lines (qualities) with possible re-use of numbers
- different FIFO/LIFO approach for cases and movements at the workshop
- more stolen and refound movements
