Recently I was browsing the Jules Borel&Co site for hands, which used to be easy when they still had the clear "catalog" style site. Now I can only find them through searching on "hands". What you get though is a huge list with part numbers, no picture and minimal description. Do you have the same experience or am I missing something? Is there is a more user friendly way to search that I haven't discovered?

Yeah, their website got harder to use not easier, with the transition. At least they heard the out-cry on the interchangeability catalog and put it back up.
All I know is based on hard work & writing by others. I can only aspire to augment this body of knowledge. If I am wrong it is because of my own failings. -me
