I was hoping for some help identifying this watch and trying to determine its value. Thank you!
The case back is stamped “M93051” and “415 718”.

This is the Gruen Morocco from 1955, part of the "Cosmopolitan" series. It was originally meant to be issued as part of the Continental series. but with the watch Gruen changed their mind and issued a second series, the Cosmopolitan.

The case should be made by Jonell and 14k solid gold, so the watch does have some value.

Ah, OK, I just know that the original plan had been to release this watch in solid gold. There was unfortunatley no description of the material used nor a price mentioned in the few advertisements showing this stylish watch.
If you are wondering were I got the name from, it is mentioned in the advertisement which was published in the Life magazine in December 1955:

I have been convinced that the case was made by Jonell because of the case serial number, thanks for confirmation.
