I don't think that the second hand you have is original. Every Gruen I can see in the reference books I have with a subseconds chapter, the hand has a tail. The reference image for your watch is unfortunately blurry and cannot discern the hand. So I am extrapolating.
I've looked through my subs and I'm lacking. Per that interchange information that Gary mentioned, the 415 subs hand will interchange with the calibers 311, 330, 335, 405, 415, 430, 440, 431, 435, 460, 470.
I have a 510 subs that is 3-1/2 mm it is gilt. 510 is not on the list though. The 415 sub hands are 1-1/2 mm but nickel. Way too small and wrong color.
All I know is based on hard work & writing by others. I can only aspire to augment this body of knowledge. If I am wrong it is because of my own failings. -me
