Unfortunately it is out of print.

I'd keep an eye out on eBay, Amazon and Alibris for when copies come up. Last year, I got a copy of Ehrhardt's "Master Book" from Alibris for $20. They do show up. Prices are all over the place too. You are also not the only collector that I know keeping an eye out for these out of print guides.

If I see one, I'll ping you via PM through the forum.
