I'm new here but have been collecting for years and am thrilled to have found this site. I have a few Gruens in my collection. This Gruen was one of my first real vintage watches and has been in my personal collection for about a decade now. It doesn't get much wear time anymore so I've decided to let it go to a good home.

I really have no idea what it's worth. I've seen them in guides years ago being valued at $800 but have seen similar pieces priced on retail watch sites for $1,500 and above. I'm willing to sell this Gruen to the highest bidder with a $700 reserve.

The watch keeps acceptable time but it's about time for a standard oiling/cleaning of the movement as it's been 3-4 years. It's been a wonderful watch!
