Well, that about says it all. These are the small round Aegler movements. If anybody has a spare or has a center wheel in a parts stash, I'd be interested.

Jules had them before, haven't checked lately. Hate the alternative alternate, 3205/ROL 500.

Gary, the guy working on it said he ordered a new center wheel (maybe from Borel?) and the pivots didn't fit my movement. That's why I'm hoping to get a complete movement (ideally with subseconds).
For those who work better with visuals, here's what an 823 looks like. It's a pretty small one, I think 8 3/4 ligne, or thereabouts.

What is wrong with the center wheel that you need a new one?

All I know is based on hard work & writing by others. I can only aspire to augment this body of knowledge. If I am wrong it is because of my own failings. -me

Apparently the cannon pinion was fused to the original center wheel to the point that neither was salvagable.

Fused? As in rust? I would have soaked the remaining movement in a very stringent clock solution that I use, and I am real sure it would have come apart. Just a thought! ;<)

Hello!

tsublubunny on Ebay may have what you want. He's a real nice guy, and apparently has several parts in stock including 100, 700, and 800 models. Please contact him and ask him what you need. I hope this helps!
