I will trade someone a 311 with good balance, no dial, stem or hour wheel, for like watch in a 500 caliber. I am looking for the nice little plate that holds the stem proper in place. These seem to strip out, but the 311 I am trading does not have this plate either. Pix provided later, but want to see if anyone is interested first. Welp, gotta go play Army!!!

I take that back.............the balance is NO GOOD!!!!!! It was so full of dirt that after I cleaned it, it revealed a broken pivot, now that's dirty!!!
