Hi all, new to the forum...but an old hand with vintage watches. I love Gruens... First love was the early extreme Curvexs...then a respect for VeriThins...finally my passion for bumpers.
My vintage collection is 40% Omega, 40% Gruen...the remainder is mixed: IWC, B&M, Tissot, Bulova, Elgin.
Now to my point, I have a great 470SS Bumper. The case is a classic deco Wadsworth with elegant lugs. The case is long on art and short on engineering. I bought it with two bent lugs. One finally snapped. So, I am in need of a great condition gold filled case that will fit my 470SS. The dial is round and in good shape. Needless to say, I need four nice straight lugs...lol.
So, any luck out there for a case that will fit a 470SS movement?
