Hi, Brian. Walcome to the forum!

Your watch is a ladies Cartouche model #368 c. mid to late 1920's-mid 30's at least.
Gruen wasn't naming these at the time, hence the numerical designation.

Here is a pic of your watch taken from Gruen's 1929 advertising booket of models:

Last Sunday, an OS-63 in superb condition went for $15 on an American auction site!
I am 'green' (in French, I am 'green', which means, I am annoyed), I had gone the day before on Saturday, but I hadn’t noted the end date of the auction in my agenda. My memory is failing!
It is really very beautiful small watch style "Art Deco", with its white and black enamel inlays.

This happens to us all at one time or another.

Interesting phrase to learn, btw.

Next time, hopefully you are the winner of the bargain.
