A green green Gruen!!! Horror.
The bracelet is interesting. I believe that it is original to the watch and not cobled together.

I saw a similar Sturdy one in an advertisement on this beautiful website.
The dial needs a cleening. Normally I use a cotton bud with silver polish cream. But not sure what that does with the gold... Maybe a dipping like Thojil does is better.

Very nice!
I've two Quadron's sitting on my bench, they've been there for some time now just waiting for the correct donor movement to come along. Glad to see that you have this one back to running condition. Sometimes, it need some time to do things right.

Nice watch, Jenneke!
Hard to tell what color the gold is from the photos,
but if yours is yellow gold it is a Quadron 87;green gold is a Quadron 84.
Either way it's a nice one.

Jack,
What caliber movement are you looking for?
Is it for a specific model?

Looks like I only have the normal variety 157 that came cased in a listed Quadron model.
I'll keep a look-out.

Jenneke,
your Quadron 84 was built in 1930 and is one of the last nameless Quadrons. In 1930 Gruen started to give sales names to their new introductions, this one appeared just slightly before...
