Nice little watch! I checked a few Gruen ID books but found no match. The ID books don't go any further than the late 1950's. I think your watch is from the mid 1960's as I found two models in a sales pamphlet from 1965 (link), the Diamond Julia and/or Diamond Queen to me look like a match.
My bet would be on Julia as this model has PRECISION written on the dial and also has the four little "balls" on the case lug between the leafs and the case bezel like your watch. But these are artistic drawings, so the case of the Queen could be the same as the Julia and the name difference was just because of the different bracelet fitted.
Movement 225R is supporting the manufacturing date as this movement only appears in a service manual of 1963 for the first time.
