Thanks to each of you for the information.
I am in the boonies of Atlanta burbs but there was a gentleman years ago that had a repair shop in a little red caboose.Antique Watch Company is the name.
My Mom had used him for servicing my Dad's watch about 20 years ago.
He has since moved to Franklin, NC.
I emailed him today to get a referral for anyone he might know here to clean and value the watch for me.
I could send the watch to him in Franklin if need be.
It has sat in a drawer for a very long time and I know it needs cleaning.
It ran when I last had it out years ago but I read recently if a watch has been sitting a long time, not to wind it up as it could damage it due to lack of oil inside.
Not sure if this is correct but I'm hesitant to wind it.

Much appreciation for the info. I could not find much of anything on this exact watch out there. Similar watches but not the info you all gave me.
