Yes. It's on eBay. I took it to an antique watch repairman Saturday.
He gave me an insurance value of 1800-2200. I didn't say I was selling it for fear he would overinflate the appraisal and then try to low ball offer to buy it.
Seemed a good guy and he opened the back but I didn't think to get photos of the inside of the case.
I'm hoping to take it and get it opened tomorrow.
Thanks for everyone's input.
I'm sad to part with it but knowing an approximate value now, I would be even more hesitant to wear it and it needs worn, taken care of and enjoyed. Not sit in a drawer.
