A couple of things for you to keep in mind...
the 415 appears in the 1953 catalog for the first time so 1940, it shows it will interchange with the 422 regardless of the sweeps function or not.
the 415 came in two variations one of which is an inca-bloc shock protection.
Borel's website indicates that these staff are available. Also seems to indicate balance completes are available too. Though somewhat at a high price point. Considering that these movements are quite common and not all that popular, one should be had on eBay for a low price.
