Hey bubba,

Got me thinking that one could make a suitable rivet using some brass stock on a lathe. I could give it a crack if you have the rough size. Too maybe find a third party rivet at a fabric hobby shop like Hobby Lobby or Jo-Ann's. Again if you can give a rough size I'm always at these shops looking at my numerous projects.
