Need someone to tell me if they can figure out from the Photo's what the Bezel measures ...

My best guess 38 'ish' millimeter or 1 1/2 inch. If these are sellers pictures ask for a more accurate measurement.

Wouldn't they need a measurement of the mounting ring on the underside of the bezel?

Agree, and the inside diameter of the upper part of the ring as well
