A friend of mine used this company in Montreal to replate an old Elgin nickle plated watch and they did a very nice job of it. For those of you who are interested and want to check them out here's the link....

I now have this company posted on my desk top. I will definitely use them in the future!!
People you thought were your best friends will stab you in the back to your face!
Love them anyway.

I have used then for several of my watches. The silver colored watches they did an amazing job. I sent an old trench watch case with wire lugs that the plating had all been worn off. The did a beautiful job of refinishing it. The yellow finish was a bit to orange for me, not what you might call a Hamilton" yellow. But, beautifully done, even patina and after one year, no issues!
I also sent a Quadron to have the case lugs redone, new finish and plating. Wonderful job on the lugs, the spring bar holes were repaired nicely, a pin size case hole filled in and the plating. It cost me $85.00, but the watch looks new!
I will use then again
