The 181 and 183 are practically identical in size and interchangeability at 4 3/4'''. The 181 is a 15 jewel and the 183 is a 7 jewel movement.

I think the ZJ marking on the dial is for Fluckiger.

All I know is based on hard work & writing by others. I can only aspire to augment this body of knowledge. If I am wrong it is because of my own failings. -me

Yes, it is a Zelim Jacot dial. Many of the ladies cartouches are.
