The gold finish on the bridges suggests to me that this is of the WWII era.

Is it a Wadsworth case? The info in the case back can tell you a few things including if this is a gold-fill on sterling case and the approx. year of make for the case.

Looks nice. Not enough pocket watches around here.

I see a G3 which puts this into the 1942/43 range, per this thread...

the 'S' under the case serial means the base metal is silver rather than nickle.
