Hi,

hard to tell from just one photo, but I'd say that this is a retro Gruen from about 1990. To my knowledge these wastches did not have model names but order codes starting with a "G" folowed by one other letter and a 4 digit number like for example GR8254.

You would need a lot of luck to find one of these somewhere.

Your best bet will be eBay. The problem will be figuring out how to narrow down the search. That or spending a lot of time browsing listings.

Just search for Gruen / Quartz / Mens on eBay. Finding an exact match will be difficult but there are only approximately 180 watches to look thru and nearly all of them sell for well under $100.
