I am now wondering if this bigger one you are showing on the right here is possibly a men's version...

There is no date on this foldout and I haven't been able to id or date the watches yet and of course no colour. Looks to me like men's box could be lighter and the ladies being the deep red velvet, not sure... But both are 17 jewel.

I have just bought a 1951 "Veri-Thin Diana" in original box and can confirm that it is the dark red version of the wider and flatter BCN made version. Would be good to see the ECB version from the inside, it might have a different look. I have seen both versions advertised in parallel from 1951 to 1953.

The ECB version has a different look.

Its like these: https://vintagegruen.org/vgforum/index.php?t=msg&th=1874 &start=0&

Strange to have similar box models in the same period from different factories.
