That’s an interesting inlay pattern, new to me. I like!

Definitely an 819, seldom seen also. I’d guess 1923 for the year.

Do we know what the "W" is for? I know you see "G" and "W" for green and white on solid gold cases around this time, but I don't recall noticing the same for gold filled cases, though it's something I could easily have overlooked.

It's appears also to have been used for gold filled cases. W = white...

Following the info on car 37, the wadsworth case is from before the end of 1923.

And I noticed that liz has an 819 cushion with the same hands. So maybe they are original!

I’ve owned the sister—an 819 1/2 “G” with green gold case & dial. Also seen an 819 in a “9 3/4 G” gf case from this time: green gold case and dial. 3 different styles of hands seen. Circa 1925, the G/W disappears, and they are all white gf (“819”)

Interestingly, the 819s (sub seconds) seems to coexist but be only in cases marked “127”.

I received a Cartouche recently with these hands, I believe they are original, based off these examples on forum and this ad I found.

Interesting. I've encountered those hands and assumed them to be replacements. They have an Elginesque look about them. I replaced them on one watch with a more conventional spade and plume set, but now I'm thinking maybe they were original. That said, I'd have probably replaced them anyway. They're very hard to read. The minute hand is barely any longer than the hour hand and they look pretty much the same.

How was this style called?

Great they could be original. Wont change them anyway although I am not fond off them.

Jenneke,
Take a look at pg. 219 in Ehrhardts master model ID. Your case style is listed as "WR 60", although with a different dial. But the dial on the case right above yours has your matching dial.
