Model name: 69
Type: Quadron
Period/date: 1930's
Gender: Gents

Case Maker: Wadsworth
Case Material: 14K Reinforced with extra gold
Case Serial: 5417311
Case Style no: 84

Caliber: 157
Movement Maker: Marc Favre
Movement Serial: 1114544

Bracelet: Leather

Other info: This one has the dustproof crown. Cannot tell from the master book what number this is. Close to the 69 but the slim sub dial doesn't seem to fit any of the quadrons.

It's definitely a Quadron 69. I believe the catalog image shows the luminous dial, so the design of the sub-seconds register may be a little different. But your dial is the same as any other raised number dial I've seen on this model.

The other thing to consider it that many models in this era had several different dial options. If your case and caliber are a match, you have a match regardless of whether the dial matches the catalog image.

How does that crown work? Is it a stem in a tube that “hugs” the case? And is it really waterproof . Splash-proof (dont try this athome :S) or more a so called dustproof crown?

You can only waste time if you forget to enjoy it - Loesje

Yes stem in the tube that hugs the case, and dustproof not waterproof, my bust!
