If you're not versed in putting in your own crystal, Murphy's Crystal Service will sell you one and install it for about $18 for a curved glass crystal. You'll have to call if you have questions and for instructions on sending in your watch's bezel and specifying your order as I don't have an email. I've used them for years (I don't do any of my own crystal work anymore, sadly) and am happy with their service.
