I picked up a nurses watch with an 803ss movement that's missing the sweep seconds wheel. Has anyone got one that will fit.

Couldn't find a sweep seconds wheel, so I thought I'd try and make one.

Progress photos below, more to come later.

Donor 3/0 pocket watch movements.

Homemade anvil since I don't have a staking tool.

Looks like it should fit.

Is it the right tooth count? Also, if you need to remake the retaining spring, a bit of length from a broken mainspring will work.

Tooth count is correct. That was the hardest part in finding a suitable donor. Newer vintage movements have finer tooth profiles and higher tooth counts. I might have to make a retaining spring also, we'll see if I can straighten the one that's there.
