Gruen Apprentice

I have a Gruen Guild 15 Jewel, Swiss 1927 Cartouche, ladies watch with black ribbon band. 14K stamped on inner case & the numbers 153/65. In manufacturer's box with factory, paper inserts. Face is worn & the watch runs.
I'm new to forums so forgive my naive behavior...please. Smile
