Gruen Guildsman

I like how well the dials on these restore. Of the round 1950's Gruens, it's one of my fav's.

I had this picture of the side, showing the rope as Jenneke pointed out, ready to post with the others but didn't know if I should post it or not since that shot isn't in the template. The rope is what makes it identifiable from across the room.

That sub that floats on the dial seems to dive often enough that I can't catch a good picture of it. I know it's in there somewhere, I'm sure of it.
